Each individual shoe is HANDCRAFTED and made to order! OI Custom does not accept returns on custom shoes and apparel. Once the order is placed, we proceed with the art customization and this is specific for each person, therefore no returns are offered. Orders are issued in the receiving order and will ship once the item is ready. We use 100% authentic shoes and then customize them using high-quality products.

Cancelation Policy
Orders placed on handcrafted items are final sale. To cancel an order, please reach out to us within 24 hours support@oicustom.com.Once production on our handcrafted items begins, the order can not be canceled or exchanged.

Damaged Items
Have a problem with your order? Or a product is delivered damaged. Send us a photo and it will be addressed in 1 business day. From there our management team will be more than happy to determine if an item should be shipped back to us. You will have the option for a full refund or store credit.

Wrong and Incomplete Orders
OI Custom firstly apologizes deeply for any wrong or incomplete orders. Please let us know by email at support@oicustom.com within the first 48 hours of delivery, so we can make things right. Please attach order info and any photos in the email. We will send out the missing items or resend the order when necessary.

Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products* the only returns or exchanges we accept are on apparel and accessories. Custom shoes are final sale. To maintain health and safety standards for our employees, we do not accept returns or exchanges on worn items. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

We may refund you back in the following circumstances:
If there is duplicate payment was made due to a technical glitch, or any other error;
If the product is received damaged upon delivery.
If we consider the refund is necessary as per user support staff as per our sole discretion.
If we make a refund as per the provision of our refund policy which is updated by us from time to time.
We take user feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.

If a refund is necessary because of any of the circumstances previously mentioned, we will refund your order to the original payment method, once it has been processed.

The complete refund processing time normally takes 3-7 business days depending on your financial institution.
